  • Underperforming Planning Consent

    The site, acquired by an investor, benefitted from a Planning Consent from London Borough of Bromley for 4 1-bedroom apartments and 5 2-bedroom apartments. The internal layouts also had room for improvement.

  • What we did

    We improved the functionality of the internal layouts and delivered 2 1-bedroom apartments and 7 2-bedroom apartments. We made subtle changes to the facade and minimised the heights of structural zones between floors. We went back to London Borough of Bromley and secured Planning Approval for the updated mix and assorted changes to building height and appearance.

  • Transformative Outcome

    The proposed development benefits from a Planning Permission that offers a higher GDV (Market Value) and the value engineered changes reduce the cost to build the building. Individually and combined, our contribution led to a measurably higher Return on Investment for our client.
